The 4PM organizer in Austin said we had 5000+. Enough people for the cops to shut down the streets so we could march.
I’d think there were at LEAST 2000 if not more at the Austin, TX evening Tea Party Rally! My feets is achin’ but was totally worth it! I brought my 4 yr old daughter with me & she was cheering right along with me! It was an awesome sight to turn around after marching all the way down to Lady Bird Lake & STILL see people streaming down the street from the State Capital!
Less Taxes = More Freedom!
Check out this video I made of the Toledo Ohio protest! Great turn out on a cold rainy day in a Liberal city, 800 people http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cwUqccaREHY
I’ve calculated that the latest bailout disaster (NOT cumulative!) will cost me about $2,600 in additional taxes over the course of my life. I’m just 15 so that’s a scary thought. If the liberal media reflects badly on this, heck, we win either way if we get them to notice. For his own sake, I hope Obama can find a way to fit every American into that 5% he said wouldn’t get tax breaks.
New Jersey - Piscataway about 300- 400 people. Marched to the Raritan river and threw our teabags in. Today I knew why I have always been proud to be an American.
700+ showed up for the Tax Day Tea Party in Corning, New York (pop. 10,000)
2500 people showed up in Boise Idaho!!!!!!!
Just got back from the Jackson, Mississippi tea party. I estimate the crowd to be 3,000 people. We were delighted to have the Lieutenant Gov and US Congressman Gregg Harper speak. Here are my pics
