Americans need to continue to unite. We should be able to prevail, because we are “on fire”. We have to overcome Governments (our) money used against us in the form of paying Acorn to work against we citizens. We need to use the states to help us stand up. Since the states are going to receive budget busting mandates, state’s Attorney Generals should unite to challenge the Constitutionality of many of these bills. Perhaps working on the state level we will be able to roll back much of this legislation.

Never in my lifetime would I have expected to see this power grab of the greatest country on earth by a bunch of thugs who we the people put in office!
From family to friends, I talk till I am blue in the face to people who have their heads in the clouds and cannot believe the stupidity
of these airheads.
Does anyone know of how we could get a total number of true patriots in this country? Start a national list somehow to see exactly where we are at. Last I heard that there were 15 mil in the teaparty groups.
It is amazing how many people I have run into that don’t even know about this, but were delighted to hear about us.
Free ads in newspapers and magazines would go a long way. Any ideas?

While Congress is taking over the automobile industry, health care, etc. no one seems to notice that family courts (via federal avenues and closed records) across our nation are now systematically destroying our children’s right to have access to both parents. About 85% of fathers are relegated to every other weekend visits with their kids. How can a dad be more than a friend with such little access to their children? Our government is hitting us from all sides, the most cruel being our children, our future. We as a nation must vote out incumbants and elect those who will work for the citizens, not themselves and their political parties.

Listen Up! While everyone is focused on healthcare, our sneaky senate is trying to pass the amnesty bill fast. Making illegals legal within 24 hours of applying and filling out papers. This includes all, even criminals. This has to be stopped! This will get Obama a second term.

18 states allow for recall votes on US Senators. The 18 states allowing for recall are as follows: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Washington and Wisconsin.

The Senate oath of office is:

I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.

It is clear that the mandate requiring citizens to purchase insurance from private corporations is unconstitutional. As soon as the Senate votes on the “health care” bill 60 Senators will be in violation of their oath of office.

Some of the Senators are up for reelection but some are not and those should face recall votes based upon their failure to fulfill their oath of office.

How to Recall a U.S. Senator

Instructions

1.
Step 1

Consider your location. Few states allow for a recall of a senator—only 18 and the District of Columbia. If you’re not living in one of these states you have no constitutional rights to recall.
2.
Step 2

Determine the grounds for recall. You’ll need this information to make your case to the population but in 7 of the 18 states specific grounds are actually required. In these states, if your reasons don’t measure up, you won’t be allowed to proceed with the recall.
3.
Step 3

Get signatures. You’ll need a petition to get a recall election. The number of signatures is usually a percentage of the voters at the last election but this differs by state.
4.
Step 4

Prepare for a response. At some point during the process, the senator will be notified that a petition for recall is being circulated. She will then have a chance to respond to the allegations.
5.
Step 5

Get voters to the recall election. Once the recall election is granted, alert the community and get them out to vote. The ballot will ask whether or not the senator should be recalled and the state may hold an election at the same time to elect the next person for that office.

A website or a phone campaign are good ways to get your petition going. Going door-to-door is also an option although it is more time consuming than the other two. This is important since you only have a set number of days to obtain the correct number of signatures—anywhere from 30 to 180 days.

You will be fighting an uphill battle to recall a U.S. Senator. No member of Congress has ever been recalled in the history of the United States.

In addition to all-out incumbant vote-out in 2010 and 2012, each of us needs to pursue our state legislators to pass a law allowing recall of turncoat congressmen and women by referendum. There are currently 18 states that allow some form of representative recall (Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Washington and Wisconsin). We need to work with our current legislators in each of the remaining states to enact similar legislation. Furthermore, those of you in the states that already have these laws should be POUNDING your state for action RIGHT NOW. If you want to send a message to these thugs, this would be the most effective way to start!

Chill, folks, WE THE PEOPLE, have the power to set term limits for usless, irrelevent, corrupt politicians from the lowest to the highest, on Election day!!!!
You can’t seriously believe that our congress members will do anything to ‘bite the hand that feeds them??’ They won’t do anything to hamper their political careers, or give us any more tools to hand them ‘pink slips,’ but WE can and will!!
WE will decide who goes and who stays and how long WE let them stay!!
It ain’t gonna work any other way, it’s up to you and me, ALL OF US, each and every LEGAL voter in the country!! WE have to guarantee and DEMAND that ALL future elections are LEGAL, American citizens WITH photo IDs, not the farcical, fraudulent experience of November, 2008!!

This is supposed to be a system of checks and balances. The courts should decide if the language of this bill is constitutional. Will anyone be brave enough to take this terrible bill to the court system for review?
