1. Do you support taxpayer approval of spending? If not, why not?
2. Do you support instant runoff voting?
3. Do you support public seed money for new candidates?
4. Do you support a 32 hour work week, to spread the work?
5. Do you support a Constitutional Convention, to move up midterm elections?

We may want to consider a nationwide campaign to convert Congress to Tea Partiers. People who will spend no new money without taxpayer approval.

We all know the Treasury is bleeding profusely. We all know the economy is a mess.

We could go to 32 hour work weeks, and spread the work out. Or keep the status quo, and have the employed pay for the unemployed.

That’s another national conversation that ain’t happening.

I understand the need for a moderated forum to keep the quality posts at the top.

But you may need a more free-flowing forum, as well. People at USA Today comments SPECIFICALLY agreed with taxpayer approval of spending. You’re going to have to figure out a way to engage the country. AND GET SOME CANDIDATES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just did a google search on Tea Party. Clearly, America is looking to the Tea Party for leadership.

Tea Party 33, Democrats 25, Republicans 12

http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,583453,00.html

Yet still not one mention in the media of something that would actually work: taxpayer approval of spending.

Could the Tea Party be about to leave taxdayteaparty.com?

That’s what happens when you spend more then you tax. And that’s what leads to more taxes. Or perhaps some slashed Social Security.

We nominate candidates for Congress – a nomination and a second is required
On Tue, Mar 30, we select candidates using instant runoff voting
We then do the necessary work to get these candidates on the ballot

I suggest that candidates must agree to taxpayer approval of spending to earn the Tea Party brand.

In my days at USA Today comments, someone posted an amazing video. If I saved the link, I don’t know where it is. It was about 10 minutes long.

It said that we basically have two choices in government: oligarchy or rule of law.

As many of you know, I railed a few days back in this forum. Against the FAKE, MORONIC Tea Partiers.

I do not like conducting debates with myself, but I am left no choice.

Limited government: We need to elect a bunch of folks who believe in limited government.
Taxpayer approval: What does that mean?
LG: Um, that we will trust politicians.
TA: Why would we want to do that?

I am still angry with the FAKE, MORONIC Tea Partiers. Those who sully the name.

Hopefully, today’s election will show Obama and friends that the American People are not going to sit on their hands.
—————-
I believe that there are many good men and women prepared to run for Congress, the Senate, and the presidency.

Men and women who support taxpayer approval of spending.

Men and women of honor.

With any luck, the Tea Party will endorse these men and women, and away we go.

I do hereby declare that I will donate $10 to the Tea Party candidate in my district who will uphold this critical value.

And maybe I’ll donate more as soon as they have a website up!

To the Democrats and Republicans who worry about vote splitting, I say this unto thee: It is fully within your power to enact instant runoff voting. Will you continue the cynical politics of the past? Or will you lead us into a prosperous future?

Brown at 82% on intrade.

If the current politicians can’t represent us, we will find people who can.

Life moves fast in the Internet Age.

I’d love to give President Obama time to lick his wounds.

But we need taxpayer approval of spending, like a year ago.

President Obama, will you join forces with the American people?

Today is the first day of taking our great Country back! Hooray for the American Patriots, Hooray for the Tea Party! Beware to those politicians who do not put American first, elections are coming. It is payback time!

A win for Brown today is a win for all American Patriots.

I have worked for Scott Brown from the beginning and my husband and I have proudly voted by absentee ballots for a great American. Where can we celebrate tonight with other conservatives in the Naples / Marco Island area when Scott Brown is elected as our new Massachusetts
senator.
