These people are so hopelessly corrupt that they don’t even get that other people can see how coarse, vulgar, self-interested, and entirely self-dealing they are.
I’m part of the Tea Party movement because it’s a way I can say:
We’re not stupid. We know who you are and what you’re doing. We might not be able to change things right now because you and Barack “I Won” Obama do, truly and tragically, control the federal government. You’re running the show. But when the history books are written, our descendants will know that at a minimum we blew the whistle on your cronyism, corruption, self-dealing and extraordinarily high level of self-delusion about how to run an economy.”

the problem is that NOBODY sees it! Except for conservatives. The mainstream media is the problem. I know you know that, but PLEASE!
Unfortunately, Chris Wallace had Barney (I didn’t know there was a prostitution operation in my house) Frank on Fox News Sunday and didn’t bring this up. So, did he not know or is he more interested in keeping access to these dirtbags? Sometime I wonder.
Agreed…it’s been going on for a long time and corrupt politicians from both parties are responsible.
Although I agree with your comments, we should make it very clear that this didn’t start with Barack Obama. Our Congrees is full of useless nincompoops on both sides of the aisle and George Bush led the way into this mess.
Before I’m accused of being a liberal Socialist, let me say that I did not vote for Obama last fall (or McCain either). I am very concerned about the direction our country is headed and will join upcoming Tea Party rallies.
But let me bring up a name from the not so distant past - does anybody remember Hank Paulson? Where is this man now? Why has our Attorney General or Congress not brought this man in for questioning about the initial TARP program and what happened with that first $350 billion? Can he or his pals at AIG, Citi, Merrill Lynch or any other multi national investment company explain where my tax dollars have gone?
Now we’ve got B.O. and Geithner and another trillion dollars dropped into the laps of banking and investment CEO’s and board members, but remember what got us here and that’s George Bush, Henry Paulson and our elected officials in the House and Senate before Obama took over.
OH! You’re my new favorite blogger fyi

I agree with everything you said. It’s nice to hear I’m not the only one screaming at the TV and calling all these people in Washington criminals. They must all go and we the people must act NOW!
