Govt is now out of controll!!! The Cigerette (sp)tax has now exploded to new levels. Govt should let us vote on how our money is spent. They are not in touch with us at all. They are for keeping the money in their pockets. Now Pelosi is bitchin’ because she can’t have the Limo plane to hob nob. Do the think we don’t care? SHAME ON THEM ALL REP’S AND DEM’S ALIKE.

We should have a real tea party. Dump the House, Senate, Congress in the Chesepeke Bay. Maybe then they will get the message.

Folks - Please do your best to rally members! I’ve made a pledge on the discussion boards I frequent, I’ve told them all - if they show, they all get Gadsden or Culpeper flags to take home and keep. Search around on the net - you’ll find them for about $5.00 a piece delivered - buy one or two and hand them out at the rally, tell folks to take them home and hang them with pride! This Tea Party is a Revolutionary Idea - let us wave this Nations Revolutionary flags up high!

I’m in Pearl River County… where do we sign up?

ok so i started a website…. dont really know how to… but im gonna try. Never done this kind of thing before but hey if i dont who will right. so I want to organize people to rally at the fed building (good idea Westphal) on the 15th of april at 11am-1pm. Thats usually lunch time for government employees so we might get their attention a little better. So hey lets do this! Start calling all your friends and lets make it worth while!

We have three tea parties happening in Maine. On April 1st we will send a postcard or tea bag to Washington. The second is April 15th at 2pm and one at 5:30pm. And then there is one on July 4th at 2pm. Visit and join my group to get updates on any tea parties in Maine. I am tracking several different National and local sites and listing the info on my one site.

I can give you a great local example of government spending gone wild. Arlington County just approved an Affordable Housing Project, the Views of Clarendon, where they have committed over $47 million of Federal, State and Arlington guaranteed Affordable Housing funds to get a total of 70 Affordable Housing units. That is over $666,000 per unit, and over 2/3 of those are one bedroom or smaller. In my humble opinion, that is a squandering of available Affordable Housing funds. And to add insult to injury, the primary beneficiary is the Clarendon Baptist Church

Why is California trying to ban cigarette smoking yet at the same time trying to legalize marijuana. I guess they think marijuana is better for you. That’s like banning alcohol and making heroine legal.

I commented somewhere today about a movement then caught myself, americans have not had a Movement since 1776! We had Whisket Rebellion and a few minor secluded things but never an All American Movement, incredidble, dont miss out on history

we dont have to have the main tea party be the one and only, if someone can get 50 people promised somewhere in so Cal Im in that also, there is a very special group of Bikers that may enjoy having people volunteer to hold flags in flag lines also–we work with them they may work with us—these are the bikers that escort our troops home standing or covered with a Flag

I agree with the concept of another BOSTON TEA party, unfortuately, I cant take off of work. I have a suggestion for those who cant take off work. I heard this from some other people. LETS MAIL our congressman a tea bag on 15 April 09 and warn them we are sick of this spending. If they dont change their spending of our money we are going to run them out of office.

Secondly, WE NEED TO set term limits. Congress can only serve two consecutive terms.

I think as an offshoot of the tea party we need to start a grass roots movement for term limits. Lets start the revolt and get rid of the criminal politicians.

SEND THEM TEA- Write your congressman and senator flood them on 15 April 09.

It’s about time the hard working people of this country be heard. Tea Party is one great way to get the word out. If you can’t attend for some reason, send these sites to all your fiends, get the word out and they will come.

Please contact the MEDIA MEDIA MEDIA as listed above, and post on blogs and boards wherever you can (signs on signposts like a garage sale?) to get others to do likewise So the MEDIA MEDIA MEDIA SEES IT. the difference between a snowball rolling downhill (good media coverage getting the word out to others) or that same snowball melting in the sun (nobody but the protestors and a scattered few people locally read about it online - NOT ENOUGH)is media coverage, of course.

If we don’t do something to preserve our freedoms we will be serving tyranny. I will be in Indianapolis on April 15th. I hope that the good people of Indiana hold a rally of some type in that fair city.

I love it. I emailed the President a while ago that the Boston Tea Party will raise it head again at the next election and send you all packing. I never thought that the Tea Party is already here!!! I would love to be there but I am my Mother’s sole caregiver and cannot make it. If something changes I will definetly be there.

Good people of this country THE GOOD OLD USofA, When and how did it happen and how did we become dumb sheep that Obama & Congress Blew this kind of money away without any accountibilty to the ones they gave it too let alone that Obama, Plosi & Congress do not CARE that the money and work has not gotten to the little people, this kind of money could could have been spent from the bottom up, most of that Stimulus money went into deep pockets & we will mever see a dime of it.Remember this Obama, thats our money, get the money to US, we’ll spend and get the country moving.
